Music Classes at The Complex are designed to allow each child's love of music to blossom. Children are encouraged to explore and develop their innate musicality through musical experiences, such as, songwriting, improvisation, music games, singing, musical play, and activities that will help develop aptitude and encourage musical curiosity. Students will embark on a musical adventure each class where their natural inquisitive nature will ignite as they make guided musical discoveries.
YOUTH MUSIC PROGRAM - age 6-9
•Music 1 - age 6-7 Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm • Music 2 - age 7-9 Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
Music 1 and Music 2 are group classes geared toward the young beginner with musical curiosity. With an emphasis on play and exploration, students will engage with their voice, their body, and develop their musician's ear. Expect games, giggles, and lots of tactile experiences to help students gain ownership over their own musicality.
• Private Music Lessons - Piano, Guitar, Ukulele
Music Lessons at The Complex are taught by experienced musicians that specialize in their chosen instruments. Our professional faculty of music educators will ensure proper technical training and creative development for the highest level of success and personal achievement. The Complex staff are encouraging, inspirational, and motivational. Students meet individually with their instructor during their reserved, weekly time slot. Students have the opportunity to work in an inspiring community of artists and students, allowing them to flourish as creative individuals and musicians.

Students develop individual voice and ensemble work in group music classes. In private music lessons, students are led by a professional faculty that offer tools to ensure a mastery of individual instrument learning.
JUNIOR MUSIC PROGRAM - age 8-13
•Music 3 - age 8-11 Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm
Music 3 is a group class geared toward the musically curious learner. With an emphasis on technical mastery and exploration, students will engage with their voice, their body, and develop their musician's ear. Students will be exposed to music theory, songwriting, various musical genres and ensemble/solo singing.
•Music 4 - age 10-13 Mondays 5:00-6:00pm
Music 4 students will richly develop their musical aptitude and musical confidence Students will be exposed to music theory, songwriting, various musical genres and ensemble/solo singing. The mission of this class is to encourage musical curiosity and nourish a love for mastering technical accuracy and personal voice. Students will also learn audition preparation skills and performance etiquette.

TEEN MUSIC PROGRAM - age 13+
Teen Music Classes at The Complex are taught by experienced musicians that specialize in music education for performance. Our professional faculty will ensure proper technical training and creative development for the highest level of success and personal achievement. Students in the Teen Music Program are exposed to many advanced concepts of music theory.
•Music 5/6 - age 13+ Mondays 4:00-5:00pm
Music 5/6 students will richly develop their musical aptitude and musical confidence Students are exposed to music theory, songwriting, various musical genres, choral work, and ensemble/solo singing. The mission of this class is to encourage musical curiosity and nourish a love for mastering technical accuracy and personal voice. Students will also master and refine audition preparation skills and performance etiquette.
