New to The Complex? We'd love to meet you.
Every year, students join us after training at other schools—or after taking time away from the arts. Placement is based on experience and readiness, not how long you've been with us. Whether you're looking for advanced conservatory training or simply a place to continue creating, we'll help you find the program that's right for you.
Auditions and placement meetings are relaxed, conversational, and designed to help us find the best fit for every student.
The Senior Conservatory is where dedicated young artists learn not only to refine their technique, but to discover their artistic voice. Through interdisciplinary study, original creative work, collaboration, performance, and mentorship, students become confident artists, thoughtful leaders, and creative problem-solvers prepared for whatever comes next.

Preparing for What Comes Next
The Senior Conservatory is designed to help students prepare for the opportunities and challenges that lie beyond high school. While some graduates pursue careers in the arts, many go on to study healthcare, education, business, science, technology, and other fields.
Through performance, collaboration, leadership, creative problem-solving, and project-based learning, students develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in college, the workplace, and their communities. They learn how to communicate effectively, work with diverse groups of people, manage responsibilities, present themselves professionally, and approach challenges with creativity and resilience.
Whether preparing for a college audition, scholarship interview, internship, job opportunity, or future leadership role, students leave the Conservatory with experiences
