What happens when a room full of dancers chooses to slow down… together?

 

This performance is a single, unfolding work of moving art created by the Faculty and Dance/Performance Companies of The Complex Performing & Creative Arts Centre.

 

Take a Moment explores stillness and momentum, tension and release, breath and presence. Each group contributes a voice to a larger story about pausing, noticing, and finding quiet hope when life feels uncertain.

 

This is reflective, authentic work built through conversation, vulnerability, and deep creative process. What you’ll experience on stage is the result of students thinking, questioning, collaborating, and shaping meaning together — not just learning steps, but creating art.
