The Complex Conservatory
The Complex Conservatory is The Complex's cohort-based training program for students who are ready to pursue a deeper artistic experience. Rather than studying a single discipline in isolation, Conservatory students engage in an interdisciplinary curriculum that combines dance, theatre, music, and creative arts while developing technical excellence, artistic voice, collaboration, and creative leadership.
Students learn alongside a consistent community of peers, work closely with professional teaching artists, create original work, perform throughout the year, and receive individualized mentorship as they grow. Whether preparing for college arts programs, professional opportunities, or pursuing a lifelong commitment to the arts, Conservatory students develop the discipline, confidence, and creativity that extend far beyond the stage.

The Conservatory grows with students through three age-based divisions, allowing artistic training to deepen as students mature.
Each level is designed to meet students where they are while preparing them for the next stage of their development.
