Now that it is getting darker much earlier, our pick-up procedures will be adjusted. We ask that parents please come inside the lobby or come to the door during pick up time. We are not able to assist students with crossing the street or walking to the car as there are many kids leaving at the same time and we can not step away from the door. Additionally, we require any student under the age of 13 be signed out by a parent/guardian, so we must see a parent/guardian at pick up to ensure everyone’s safety! Your child will not be dismissed from the building until we see a parent. We also ask that parents please be mindful of the time class is scheduled to end, to ensure you are here on time for pick up. If you will be late for pick up, please give us a call.
Tickets will go on sale for our Winter Dance Concert, Saltare on January 1, 2024
WINTER DANCE CONCERT
The Complex Dance Department presents SALTARE on January 27 at 7pm at The Bradley Playhouse. Saltare is a collection of contemporary dance developed by The Complex Dance Faculty and The Complex Dance Company. We encourage our entire Complex student body to attend this performance presented by our Teen and Levels 4, 5, and 6 Dancers. We look forward to celebrating dance with our community!
NEW CLASS ALERT!!!
Kids ACRO DANCE AND TUMBLING
As outlined and agreed upon at the time of registration, on January 1, 2024, a one-time, non-refundable $100 Performance Fee will be billed to all dance and theatre students (excluding theatre arts students). This fee includes 2 tickets to our Spring Performance in June at The Loos Center, usage of costumes/accessories/props, art supplies and materials, a performance t-shirt, and access to the recorded performance after completion. More information on this performance will be announced. There are no additional costume fees. Additional tickets for family members and friends will be available for purchase beginning early Spring - we will post the date well in advance so you have ample time to plan your purchases and not miss out on tickets!. The Performance Fee aids in the rental of venues, allows us to keep ticket prices low, and ensures there are no extra or surprising out-of-pocket fees for costuming, materials, rehearsals, etc.
Snow Cancellations: In the event that we must cancel classes or close the studio early due to weather, we will email and text all cancellations as early as we can. We will also post inclement weather cancellations on the homepage of our website as well as facebook and instagram. As always, we build in two snow days per scheduled class day. However, students are more than welcome to take a different class to make up for any missed snow days. If any class misses more than 2 snow days, we will formally make up the class as a group.
